Libraries are not only hubs for information and academic services but also provide a work environment for students to gain work experience.</p> <p><strong>Objectives: </strong> This research aimed to understand the meaning of gratitude among part-time student workers in university libraries and how gratitude contributes to their psychological well-being while fulfilling academic and work responsibilities.</p> <p><strong>Method:</strong> This study used a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with students who had completed their coursework and were in the process of writing their final projects. The collected data were analyzed using Ryff’s theory of psychological well-being and Emmons’ concept of gratitude.</p> <p><strong>Finding: </strong>The findings reveal that gratitude is not merely a reaction to positive experiences but a meaningful attitude that supports psychological well-being. Eight key factors were found to foster gratitude among part-time student workers: (1) job opportunities aligned with personal interests, (2) social support, (3) skill development, (4) financial stability, (5) time management ability, (6) appreciation for work, (7) independence and responsibility, and (8) acceptance of challenges. These factors correspond to Ryff’s six dimensions of psychological well-being and reinforce Emmons’ idea of gratitude as a psychological strength. Overall, part-time work experience helps students develop resilience, adaptability, and a sense of purpose.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: From the results of this study, it can be concluded that gratitude functions not only as an emotional response but also as a positive mindset that enables part-time student workers to face the pressures of dual roles with composure and emotional balance. Data analysis includes publication of articles from year to year, types of publication documents, Artificial Intelligence keyword mapping.</p> <p><strong>Method:</strong> The method applied in this study is an evaluative and descriptive quantitative method with bibliometric analysis in studying and analyzing research patterns and trends. The results of the analysis of publication data for the last 11 years on Artificial Intelligence have increased from year to year, but decreased in 2017.</p> <p><strong>Finding:</strong> The results of the study through bibliometric analysis show that out of 1000 publications that discuss Artificial Intelligence, they come from articles with a percentage of 55.2%. The data collection method used in this study was using the interview method, observation, and literature study. The data obtained in this study were then analyzed using the theory of effective interpersonal communication from Joseph A. DeVito</p> <p><strong>Finding: </strong> The results of this study indicate that the role played by librarians in building effective interpersonal communication is to provide complete service information, provide motivation to users, provide services regardless of social and physical status, give praise to users, position themselves as partners, always be there when needed by users, and be able to accept suggestions and criticism from users. The results of the study indicate that the role played by librarians has fulfilled the five elements of effective interpersonal communication from Joseph A. DeVito. Facebook groups such as @Kami Bangga Menjadi Warga NU and @Warga Muhammadiyah have become digital platforms that facilitate religious learning and expression among followers.</p> <p><strong>Objectives: </strong> This research was aimed to examine the influence of information-seeking patterns on religious activities among followers of the Facebook channels @Kami Bangga Menjadi Warga NU and @Warga Muhammadiyah.</p> <p><strong>Method:</strong> The sample was conducted by purposive sampling method involving 83 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula and stratified proportional sampling. Collecting data was conducted by a questionnaire distributed directly to participants, supported by non-participant observation and documentation. The statistical method used was multiple linear regression analysis, with hypotheses testing of statistical t-tests and classical assumption tests.</p> <p><strong>Finding: </strong>The result of this research showed that active and selective information-seeking behavior significantly enhanced religious engagement, with a regression coefficient of 1.058 (p = 0.000) and an explanatory power of 86.6% (R² = 0.866). Followers of @Warga Muhammadiyah scored higher in ideological and consequential dimensions, while @Kami Bangga Menjadi Warga NU followers scored higher in intellectual dimensions. The “Formulation” and “Presentation” stages of Kuhlthau’s model were the most frequently practiced stages of information-seeking behavior.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The study concludes that information-seeking behavior through Facebook significantly affects multiple dimensions of religiosity. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Finding:</em></strong><em> The result of this research showed that the library management developed various competencies through training, participation in professional organizations, and collaboration with external partners. Implemented innovations include the use of the SLiMS application, participation in OneSearch Indonesia, the development of the SMABA The Best podcast, and the creation of KOLASIBA.
